INFORMATION IN ENGLISH
I am a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist with a broad experience from working with all ages and issues in different constellations. Individually, couples, groups or organizations. I offer all my services in English. You are welcome with your questions and issues from all over the world.
I can travel and visit your company if you want to discuss questions around leadership and organizations or meet digitally for consultations. Together we will work out what kind of support and assignment you need.
When it comes to therapy I recommend that we speak English if you are more comfortable with that. It is important to be able to express yourself in a therapeutical environment where ever you are from. I strongly believe in the free speech as a base to finding out who you are, how to handle your situation and where you want to go in life.
My license as a psychologist is based in PDT - psychodynamic therapy and my license for psychotherapy is based in CBT - cognitive behavioral therapy. I am influenced by both methods and I have a long experience, mainly with CBT. My licenses are registrered at the National Board of Health and Welfare.
